Refund Policy
With MayankSneh.com, I strive to provide high-quality digital solutions and services to my clients. I take great care in ensuring that my services meet the specific needs and requirements of each client. However, I understand that circumstances may arise that require a refund.
Refund Eligibility:
To be eligible for a refund, the client must meet the following criteria:
- The client must have purchased a service from MayankSneh.com.
- The client must have made payment in full for the service.
- The client must have contacted us within 7 days of the purchase date to request a refund.
- The reason for the refund request must be valid and genuine.
Non-Refundable Services:
Please note that the following services are non-refundable:
- Any service that has been fully delivered and completed by MayankSneh.com.
- Any service that has been partially delivered and completed by MayankSneh.com, except for the remaining work to be completed.
- Any service that has been customized to meet the specific needs and requirements of the client.
Refund Process:
If a client is eligible for a refund, the following process will be followed:
- The client must contact us via email or phone to request a refund.
- The reason for the refund request will be reviewed and validated by me.
- If the refund request is valid and genuine, we will initiate the refund process.
- The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the client will receive a confirmation email.
Cancellation Policy:
As a Marketing Consultant, I strive to provide the best possible service to my clients. However, I understand that circumstances may arise where a cancellation is necessary. Please review the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation before Project Commencement: If a client cancels a project before it has commenced, a refund of the advance payment made (if applicable) will be provided, minus any non-refundable(service charges/taxes) expenses incurred by me in preparation for the project.
Cancellation after Project Commencement: If a client cancels a project after it has commenced, the advance payment made (if applicable) will not be refunded, and the client will be responsible for any incurred expenses or work completed up to the point of cancellation.
Monthly Recurring Payments: For clients on monthly recurring payment plans, cancellations require written notice at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for payments already made.
Rescheduling: In case of rescheduling, the client must provide written notice at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session or service. Failure to do so may result in the session or service being considered as completed, and no refunds or rescheduling options will be provided.
Termination: I reserve the right to terminate any project or service at any time, with written notice, due to breach of contract, non-payment, or other valid reasons.
Please note that any refunds, if applicable, will be made within a reasonable timeframe and may be subject to processing fees or deductions for non-refundable expenses incurred.
It’s important to communicate any cancellation or rescheduling requests in writing via email to ensure a proper record. I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and I will work with clients to find a fair and reasonable solution in such situations.
